Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the temperature or condition of food more than 45 minutes after preparation or once the order has left our premises. While every effort is made to package meals securely and have them ready on time, factors beyond our control — including pick-up delays, delivery distance, traffic, and weather conditions — may affect food temperature and overall quality during transit. For the best dining experience, we recommend consuming your meal promptly upon receipt.

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and adherence to food-safety regulations, all sales are final once an order has been picked up, delivered, or partially/fully consumed. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges under these circumstances. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an issue with your order related to accuracy or preparation, please contact us as soon as possible so we may review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
